4-Day Entim Mara and the cliff Lodge Experience

Leave Nairobi with an airport or Hotel pick-up after breakfast in your own private safari vehicle to embark on a scenic drive down into the Rift Valley Escarpment on a road built by Italian prisoners of war during World War II.

Stop briefly here (at the Great Rift Valley viewpoint) for stunning views of what is the world's largest valley, look for the charming chapel {carrying a maximum of 14 persons} built by the prisoners at the foot of the escarpment.

You'll pass the impressive Longonot earth satellite station as you head across the Valley to Narok, passed the acres of wheat and barley to arrive in Masia Mara in good time for Lunch.

Following lunch, there is an afternoon game drive returning to the lodge as the sunsets.

Today shall be a game viewing extravaganza! Enjoy exhilarating morning and afternoon game drives with an optional early morning Balloon Safari on this day.

Masai Mara Game reserve remains the most exciting wildlife eco-system in the Natural Habitat. It is host to the highest and most varied concentration of wild animals than any other wildlife park in the region.

The scenic appeal of the tree-studded savannah plains, the moderate climate, and the diversity of wild game species make it a one-stop-shop for game viewing activities.

We shall traverse the Masai Mara reserve on a full day of unlimited game viewing encountering the big five and more of the lesser game.

Picnic lunch shall be by the Mara river as we watch hippos & crocodiles or maybe the great migration (July – October)

Early Pre-morning game drive and then after breakfast depart for the spectacular Lake Nakuru National Park with Hot lunch served en-route at Narok town.

After lunch, travel across the vast plains on the floor of the Rift Valley, keeping an eye out for herds of giraffe and gazelle as you head up the Mahiu Escarpment.

The tour passes by lake Naivasha and Lake Elementaita. If time allows, there is an option of a boat ride for one hour in Lake Naivasha.

Later proceed to Lake Nakuru National Park by evening with game viewing en-route to the cliff lodge.

Lake Nakuru National park is known for its birdlife, offers a possibility to view flamingoes. It is also home to Black and White rhinos as well as the endangered Rothschild Giraffe, not to mention numerous birding species + a large pride of tree-climbing lions.

On the last day, have your breakfast and later set out for an extensive game drive exploring the park to exit by 11:45 hrs with lunch en-route to Nairobi.

Today, another opportunity represents itself for an optional boat ride experience in Lake Naivasha if time could not permit you on your way to Lake Nakuru national park.

Later, leaving the Rift Valley behind, proceed to Nairobi to arrive by late afternoon with either airport or back to your hotel drop off for your outbound flight.
